In 2007,  Jenner Furst began working alongside Award-Winning Filmmakers Marc Levin, Mark Benjamin and Executive Producer Forest Whitaker to craft and launch Brick City; a groundbreaking Series about Newark's citizens and its Mayor, Cory Booker fighting to raise the city out of violence, poverty and corruption. Furst was a key creative voice and a pivitol force in the program, winning a Peabody Award in 2009 with the team as well as garnering two Emmy Nominations for 11-Hours of critically acclaimed television.
